Aesthetic Concierge – Madison

Details:

Seeking full-time Aesthetic Concierge for our Perry, GA office
Responsible for scheduling and administrative functions of the office
Assists patients with knowledge of aesthetic procedures and medical grade skincare

Experience:

Proficient at multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail
Strong computer skills or experience working with medical records platforms

Responsible for assisting our provider in offering an exceptional experience to our injectable patients

Experience:

Preferred experience of two or more years working in an aesthetic or cash-basis office
Experience working with skin concerns and passionate about aesthetics
Customer service experience with a desire to learn

Site Coordinator – Perry

Details:

Seeking a motivated and experienced Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless patient and team experience! The ideal candidate:

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence for patients.
Provides patients with knowledgeable guidance on aesthetic procedures and medical-grade skincare.
Assists with the office’s social media presence and supports the marketing team to help grow the practice.

Experience:

Previous management experience is required.
Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and/or experience working with medical records platforms.
Background in customer service with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Marketing or social media experience preferred.
