Our team will verify a card on file that you would like to use and you will be billed $100 every month to this card. Each month that you are in the program, your membership fee will be “banked” as award points for you to use at our office! The discounts will be automatically applied to your transaction and you can use your banked award points to pay!

Yes! Alle is a reward program through Allergan, the distributor of BOTOX and Juvederm products. We are unable to combine our offers with another Spa Medical offer but we can combine them with offers from our vendors! Simply let us know you have Alle points you would like to use and we will apply them to the transaction.
Your award points expire exactly 1 year from accrual. If you decide to cancel your membership before the year is over, you will have 30 days to use your award points before they expire.
Our award points and discounts are non-transferable. We will not be able to apply them to anyone else’s account but yours.
